Trial Period and Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee: Reverie does not offer a sleep trial period, and the company will not accept mattress returns.
- In lieu of a traditional sleep trial, the company offers The Reverie 365 Promise. For one year after the original purchase, the company will work directly with customers to ensure their mattress is meeting their comfort expectations.
- The Reverie 365 Promise services include phone or email consultations with a sleep concierge, who will discuss effective ways to adjust firmness levels in the mattress based in factors like body type and sleep position.
- Please note that some retailers may offer their own sleep trials for mattress purchasers. In these cases, customers should defer to the policies of that particular retailer.
Warranty: Reverie offers a 10-year limited warranty for all seven mattresses currently listed on the company’s website.
- Reverie will, at their sole option, repair or replace all mattresses that are deemed defective. Warranty coverage will begin on the date of original purchase.
- Reverie will cover costs for mattress repairs and replacements, but the customer will be responsible for all transportation and handling charges.
- Replacement of the original mattress will not extend the initial warranty coverage or result in the creation of a new warranty.
- Reverie mattresses are designed for use with a ‘firm, solid surface consisting of a proper non- spring foundation or adjustable bed base, which must in turn be properly supported by legs on an even, strong, and flat surface’. Use of an Improper foundation will void the warranty.
- The warranty will cover the following product defects:
- Visible indentations or sagging in the mattress surface that measure three-quarters of an inch (3/4″) or deeper.
- Physical flaws in the mattress that cause foams or latex to split or crack despite proper foundational support.
- The warranty will not cover the following:
- A normal increase in mattress softness that does not affect its pressure-relieving abilities, or indentations or sagging in the mattress surface that do not measure deeper than three-quarters of an inch (3/4″). These issues are considered normal wear and tear.
- Repair or replacement requests that occur due to changes in the owner’s comfort preferences.
- Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of damage that occur due to owner misuse, improper cleaning, and/or inadequate foundational support.
- This warranty is exclusively extended to original owners who purchase their mattress directly from Reverie or an authorized company retailer. Anyone who buys or acquires their mattress from the original owner or an unauthorized retailer will not be entitled to warranty coverage.
