The Purple Pillow has a 3-inch loft and a medium firm feel. The pillow comes with removable bolsters measuring .5 and 1 inch, respectively, which can increase the pillow’s loft to 4 or 4.5 inches – but the bolsters do not really affect the pillow’s overall feel.

Delivery Fee: Deliveries within the contiguous U.S. are free of charge. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur variable charges, which start at roughly $40. Delivery charges to Canada are built into the price, so no extra fees will be applied.

- All Purple deliveries are coordinated through FedEx Ground or FedEx 2-day Air.
- In addition to standard shipping, Purple offers expedited two-day air shipping for orders in the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii), but this is not available to customers in Canada.

- Machine wash with a cold, gentle cycle. For best results, wash with like colors only using a front-loading machine.
- Tumble dry on low heat with a clean dryer or tennis balls.

Trial Period & Warranty Details
Purple offers a 100-night sleep trial for all Purple Pillow orders.
- This sleep trial includes a mandatory 30-night break-in period. Customers will not be able to return their pillow until at least 30 nights have elapsed.
- The pillow must be clean and undamaged in order to qualify for a return.
- Purple covers shipping and handling costs associated with pillow returns. Purchasers will receive a prepaid shipping label that covers return charges.
Warranty
Purple offers a 1-year warranty for the Purple Pillow.- Warranty coverage begins on the original purchase date. Purple will, at it sole option, repair or replace pillows with recognized defects for as long as the warranty is valid.
- Purple will cover all pillow repair and replacement costs if the pillow is deemed defective. Otherwise, the owner will bear these charges. Additionally, the owner is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with repairs or replacements.
- This warranty will cover the following defects:
- Pillow materials that split, crack, or deteriorate despite normal use and handling.
- The warranty will not cover the following:
- Burns, cuts, tears, stains, and other types of physical damage.
- Damage from insects, rodents, or other types of infestation.
- Damages that occur due to use of a non-stretchy and/or non-breathable pillow case.
- Warranty claims require original proof of purchase, and the law tag must still be intact.
- This warranty is exclusively offered to original owners who purchase their pillow from Purple or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their pillow from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
