- Most pillows ship within two to three business days, and will reach their destination after an additional one to four business days. This put the total expected wait time at three to seven business days.

The Layla Pillow should not be machine-washed or dried, and the cover is spot-clean only.

Layla Pillow Care Instructions
Instructions for First Time Use: The Layla Pillow does not require any special treatments prior to first-time use, but fluffing the pillow after unpackaging can help it expand to a fuller shape.
Cleaning Instructions:
- The pillow cover is not removable. It should be spot-cleaned with mild, non-toxic cleaner if stains occur.
- Pillow owners may wash and dry their pillow in a machine. However, this is not recommended. Per the Layla Pillow warranty: “If you choose, you may run the pillow through a washing machine on a gentle cycle and dry it in a dryer on a low heat setting, although it may take several cycles for the pillow to dry completely. Since there is no way for us to verify the suitability of your machine, we do not recommend washing or drying the pillow in any machine and doing so may void the pillow warranty.”

Trial Period & Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee
Layla offers a 120-night sleep trial for the Layla Pillow.
- This sleep trial includes a mandatory two-week break-in period. Customers may not return their pillow for a full refund until at least two weeks have elapsed.
- Full refunds are issued for all returns, and Layla will cover all associated shipping and transportation expenses.
- To initiate the return process, email Layla’s customer support team (address listed in ‘Company Information’ below).
Warranty
Layla offers a five-year warranty for the Layla Pillow.
- This warranty is entirely nonprorated.
- The warranty covers certain product defects, such as unraveling seams or stitches due to natural wear, flattening or shape loss, and fading colors.
- This warranty is non-transferable. It is exclusively available to original owners who purchase their pillow from Layla or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their pillow from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer do not qualify for warranty coverage.
