The delivery policy for Sweet Zzz is as follows:
Sweet Zzz ships to customers in all 50 states and Canada. Those living in the contiguous U.S. receive free ground shipping. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada pay additional delivery fees based on their specific location.
In addition to standard delivery, Sleep Zzz offers White Glove delivery. This service includes in-home mattress assembly for a flat rate of $149. For an additional $50 ($199 total), White Glove personnel will remove the customer’s old mattress and transport it for recycling or donation.
All deliveries are coordinated through FedEx. A signature is not required for standard deliveries and adults do not need to be present when the delivery occurs. An adult must be present to receive White Glove deliveries.

Trial Period and Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee
Sweet Zzz offers a 100-night sleep trial for the Honey Hybrid
This sleep trial requires a 30-night break-in period. Customers may not return their mattress for a full refund until at least 30 nights have elapsed.
The trial begins on the date of delivery.
Full refunds are issued for all returns. Sweet Zzz will also arrange for the mattress to be picked up from the customer’s residence and recycled or donated to charity for no extra charge.
Warranty
Sweet Zzz offers a lifetime warranty with the Honey Hybrid
This warranty is entirely nonprorated.
Sweet Zzz will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective mattress for as long as the warranty is valid. If the owner’s model has been discontinued, a comparable replacement will be issued.
This warranty is non-transferable, and is exclusively available to original owners who purchase their mattress from Sweet Zzz or an authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire their mattress from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer do not qualify for warranty coverage.
