The OkiEasy is a hybrid mattress measuring 11″ thick. It is considered ‘Medium Firm,’ or a 6 on the 1-10 firmness scale. The OkiEasy is constructed with comfort layers of 2.8 PCF memory foam with an indentation load deflection (ILD) of 10 and 1.75 PCF high-density polyfoam (25 ILD). Its support core features pocketed coils encased in high-density polyfoam, along with a high-density foam base layer.
The OkiFirm is an all-foam mattress. It is made with a comfort layer of 2.8 PCF graphite-infused polyfoam (12 ILD) and a support core of 1.5 PCF high-density polyfoam (36 ILD). The OkiFirm measures 10″ thick and has a ‘Firm’ (8) feel.
The OkiFlex is a hybrid mattress. Its comfort system includes a top layer of 2.2 PCF graphite-infused memory foam (12 ILD). It also has a single transitional layer consisting of a 1.75 high-density polyfoam (25 ILD) top and a 1.9 PCF high-density polyfoam (36 ILD) bottom. The OkiFlex measures 11″ thick and is considered ‘Firm’ (7).
The OkiSoft is an all-foam mattress with a 10″ profile and a ‘Medium’ (5) feel. The bed is built with a 2.5 PCF memory foam comfort layer (11 ILD). Its support core is similar to the OkiFlex’s transitional layer, consisting of a 1.75 PCF high-density polyfoam (25 ILD) top and a 1.9 PCF high-density polyfoam (36 ILD) bottom.
Additionally, each OkiOki mattress has a cover made of proprietary ‘Ice Yarn’ cooling fabric.
This range of firmness and composition options should accommodate most sleepers regardless of their weight or preferred sleep position.
OkiEasy and OkiFlex hybrids are suitable for hot sleepers since the cooling covers help regulate surface temperatures while the coil layers offer strong, consistent airflow. The ‘Medium’ and ‘Medium Firm’ settings are optimal for back and stomach sleepers weighing between 130 and 230 pounds, as well as heavier side sleepers who need extra cushioning below their shoulders and hips.
The two ‘Firm’ models may be more suitable for heavier back and stomach sleepers. However, lighter side sleepers may find that all four OkiOki models feel too firm.

For the OkiFlex and OkiSoft, please note the following: These beds include two-sided polyfoam layers – the top surface is softer with a lower ILD, while the bottom surface is firmer with a higher ILD. These layers are intended to provide cushioning for sleepers while reinforcing the support core and base with the firmer side.
For the OkiFlex, the two-sided polyfoam serves as a transitional layer. For the OkiSoft, it makes up the support core.

Trial Period & Warranty Details
Trial Period and Guarantee
OkiOki offers a 365-night sleep trial for the OkiEasy, OkiFirm, OkiFlex, and OkiSoft mattresses.
This sleep trial does not require a break-in period of any kind; customers may return their mattress for a full refund at any point of the 365-night trial.
This sleep trial is open to customers who purchase their mattress on Amazon.com.
OkiOki issues a full product refund for all mattress returns, although shipping costs for customers in Alaska and Hawaii are non-refundable.
In the event of a return, OkiOki will arrange to have the mattress removed from the customer’s residence. The item will then be recycled or donated to charity, depending on its condition.
Warranty
OkiOki offers a 10-year warranty for all four models:
This warranty is completely non-prorated. OkiOki offers a completely replacement for any defective mattress as long as the warranty is valid.
This warranty is only valid for mattress owners living in the 50 states, and is not extended to those in U.S. territories or areas outside the U.S. Additionally, OkiOki will void the warranty if the mattress is used in a commercial setting, including AirBnB and other home-sharing accommodations.
Warranty coverage is contingent on proper foundational support. Per OkiOki: “Our mattresses are designed to perform their best when properly supported by a firm, solid surface, able to adequately accommodate the weight of the product and sleeper. Use of this product without a proper foundation (i.e. box spring, foundation, metal frame, or wood frame) renders your warranty null and void.”
The warranty will cover the following defects:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface measuring one inch (1″) or deeper.
Splits or cracks in any foam layers of the mattress.
Cosmetic defects, such as faulty cover zippers, or flaws in the fabric, such as tears or unraveled stitches.
The warranty will not cover the following:
Visible sagging or indentations in the sleep surface that do not measure one inch (1″) or deeper, or normal increases in softness that occur over time. These issues are considered standard wear and tear.
Repair or replacement requests that occur due to changes in the owner’s comfort preferences.
Damage that occurs due to improper foundational support and/or commercial use.
This warranty is nontransferable. It is exclusively open to original owners who purchase their mattress from OkiOki or a non-authorized retailer. Those who buy or acquire the mattress from the original owner or a non-authorized retailer will not receive warranty coverage.
